How to send a notice
Send a written notice to elizabethflorezre@gmail.com or by post to Elizabeth Florez Realtor, 7791 NW 46th St, Suite 417, Doral, FL 33166. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, a notice should include the following.
Your physical or electronic signature. A description of the copyrighted work. The address of the page where the material appears. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
What happens next
Material that appears to infringe is removed or disabled, and the person who posted it is told. They may send a counter-notice if they believe the removal was a mistake.
